I went for a makeup trial yesterday and I'm not sure it's what I want. Has anyone ever gotten a trial from MAC and used that person the day of the wedding? I would like to try this.

Good idea I say give them a call and ask them how it works and if it is possible.

I went for a trial with Clinique and I LOVED how the lady did my makeup. I booked her on the spot for my October wedding. Turns out she never returned my calls and when I spoke to the manager they said that she would have never been able to take the makeup out of the store to come to your house anyway. Luckily, this happened in September and I had a month to find someone else.
Pleeeeeeeeease be careful when it comes to cosmetic counters. ASK them if they can come to your house with the makeup and you won't be obligated to buy the products.
