I had a trial at MAC on friday. I think its too much on the eyes. FH said I looked like I was going clubbing. I told her I was going for a natural look. MAC is more dramatic makeup in general, so I may go to a couple other places for trials before deciding. Just thought i'd share!

I think you look very pretty no matter what. But I actually think it wasn't enough makeup for pictures. I thought the eye shadow was very nice, but you should get more blush and darker lipstick. im a makeup person but not everyone is...so its what you like.

I think I know what you mean. I should have them do less of the eyes and throw on some more blush and a different lipstick.
She also used the mac gloss which I love, but after an hour i took it off cus it got gloppy. i think I need more of a matte lipstick.

Ditto... I'm not a makeup person - but I am realizing that you need more makeup for the pictures so we don't look 'washed out'. The flashes from the cameras bleach out the tannest skin...

I don't think its too much at all. It looks beautiful but if you don't feel l like yourself than have another trial somewhere else. You'll find a balance between enough maek up for pictures and feeling like you!

I think the eyes are fine, need more blush and color on the lips..but remember to be a MAC make up artist you dont have to be a cosmetologist.....I was hired by mac and I never went to beauty school so you could be having someone who has no idea about color doing your makeup
