I'm getting my hair trial in June and would love to have my makeup done again. Do people talk about getting it done at the Mac counter and only needing to buy something? I'd love to see my hair with makeup but don't really want to waste someones time with another trial since I did book.

Re: mac trial?
I'm pretty sure you need to buy something in order to get your makeup done.

You usually need to spend $50 in products and they do your makeup for you.

Be careful, even though you only have to pay for $50 worth of makeup for a trial if you decide to go with a MAC makeup artist to do your makeup for the day of the wedding some of the girls charge $100 + to do your makeup.

Re: mac trial?
I am actually having my makeup done at MAC at Bloomingdales 59th on Sunday. It is complimentary but they ask you to buy products, although I was told that there is no set amount I need to spend. I hope I like it. I am definetely buying the lashes and having them put on!

Humm - maybe the girl I spoke to was clueless - but i don't mind getting $50 of new mac stuff. i guess the lashes are probably abt $12 anyway - $38 to go!
