Macy's Bridal in Manhasset

I'm going dress shopping this weekend and wanted to make an appointment there. Has anyone used them? good or bad info would be helpful.

also--does anyone know the direct # there by any chance? thanks

I dont have the number off hand, but you can find it on the demetrios website. I went there to try on some dresses and it was a nice experience. My only complaint was that I had an appointment and I still had to wait half and hour. But we took the time to look at dresses on the rack. I also found them to be a bit on the expensive side. A dress that I tried on there, I found somewhere else for $400 cheaper.

that is good info Diva Bride--thanks for sharing.

I planned on looking there and possibly ordering someplace else. I know some places cut the labels out of their dresses and i didn't think that they were one that did.

No, all the labels are in there. But I would definitely get the dress somewhere else. The only exception would be if you want a Demetrios Couture dress. They are exclusive to macys. Have fun!!

I also went there to try dresses on...had an appointment, and ended up waiting....on a weekday no less!!

I also found them to be on the $$$ side.

i bought my dress from there, the prices are great and i love demetrios so it was perfect, i also got my bridesmaid dresses there so i highly recommend them!

I used them for my wedding. The service was great until I had a problem with my gown on my wedding day. When it was over I ended up getting a full refund for my dress, but it took 2 months for them to get it straight.

i bought my dress there i didnt find them expensive and the first lady that helped me was very nice. there were a few younger girls especially the ones behind the counter that were not that nice. i did love my seamstress her name was faye and she was great
