Macy's Registry Issues....HELPPPP!

I can't get on their stupid website to edit my registry. Did anyone else have this problem. I've had nothing but problems since I stepped foot into that darn store!

Same probelm here! I can't get to the edit registry. Also When I went there to register, the saleswoman screwed up on how many china pieces I had ordered, she put quadruple (sp) then what I wanted to put on the registry. Then it was such a pain in the A$$ to correct it, very unprofessional IMO. So I was so annoyed I decided to just cancel it completely, it was the worst experience so far that I have had from a store registering .

I had this problem also. I was yelling to FH about it. I think that if the site is experiencing traffic, it gives you problems. I didn't have that issue with m Fortunoff's registry.

Sometimes I cant get on the website too, but I have been really impressed with their customer service. Plus, I love that Macy's puts a lot of items on sale for our guests and if you purchase something with store credit after an exchange and it goes on sale later you can bring back your recipet get the difference.

So my problem is fixed and I can now access my registry. I had to call some 1-800 number. I still wish I never registered there, but I have no choice now since it's on the invites. Now that I think about it, I would have been better off at Kohls!!!
