has anyone purchased a wedding gown from macys? any feedback good or bad? alterations? is it true that once you place an order w/them that your bm, mob, aunts, etc. get discounts? any info would be great?

We used macys at the Smith Haven Mall. I was very happy. Yes, you get 50$$ off I think (not all that much)

I was just in a wedding and the BM dresses were from Macys. They did mess up the sizes, they were ordered wrong. Then the alterations were really poorly done. My dress did not fit right at all, and I did tell them it needed fixing. They just werent very cooperative. I did find my gown there, but I purchased it somewhere else. This is just one experiece though...

I went to the one in Manhasset and was not happy with the service. I bought elsewhere.

I went to the one in Smithhaven mall and I was not happy with the service at all. The women there were not very helpful, but maybe I just went on a bad day.
