I went it, without an appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses adn they were super friendly and pointed me in the right direction!

I ordered my dress there and so far everything has been great. The people there are very nice and helpful, didn't push me into buying anything. HTH!

I haven't been there but FSIL had major problems with her dress & her BM's dresses. She said she would go there for the wedding dress b.c. they had a great selection but never again for BM dresses. But everyone has different experiences.

I got my dress there..everything was perfect and they have so many nice dresses..ask for Charlotte!

I ordered my dress there back in January and they have been pretty good. I wouldn't say they are the best with their customer service, but I have seen way way worse.

I ordered my dress there last week, and was there one other time. Both times I dealt with Stephanie and she was great--very knowledgable and helpful, as was her manager-- I think her name was Carol?

I found a Jordan BM dress that I want and will be calling them to inquire as to whether or not they offer a discount to the BM's since my dress was purchased there.

i did not get my gown from there but i met with her and she was fantastic

I got my dress, head piece and veil form there and had my alterations done there too. They were great. Ask for either Charlotte or Doreen, they both helped my and they were sweethearts.
