Anyone get their dress from Macys? And do alterations there? I put down a $200 deposit at the Macys in Smithhaven mall but I'm a bit leery. Any good or bad experiences?
I had my alterations done at Macy's in Manhasset. I thought they did a good job. I had a problem with something on the dress and for the most part they were able to fix it!
i had it done at the herald square one. There is no cap on alterations. I only had a bustle (traditional) and hemmed and it came out to about 350
I have not had alterations there yet, but I ordered my dress from the one in Smithaven, and totally felt like I was taken care of, they did a great job.
