Macy's Bridal Smithaven Mall

Can anyone tell me what their experience, good/bad, has been if you've used them or plan on using them?

I'm thinking of getting my BM dresses from there and I want to know if there's any one particualr person I should talk to, or avoid and if anyone has any advice.

I didnt get my dress there.. bu LILY is awesome!!!! She helped me and my mom many times.

Me me me!! I got my dress there and it is hanging in my closet already. We ordered the BM dresses there in Nov. and I think they should be in by May or June. Ask for Elizabeth, she is great!! You get a discount if you are registered I think (we got a discount cause I got my dress there). I would reccomend them

I didn't buy my dress there, but it was the first place I went to look at dresses. A woman named Carole helped me and she was very nice.

I ordered my gown from there and my BM dresses.

I totally recommend Elizabeth too. She is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, Patty helped me. I think she may be the manager I'm not sure though, but she was so helpful and nice too!!

Every time I have called there, they have been more than helpful!!!!!!

I ordered from there, too... Went in October, wedding in April... I thought they were going to have a stoke. They put the order through moving the wedding date up 2 months. The dress just arrived a few days ago!

So far, so good!

I used Doreen... it was a blessing that she got me! She was SO nice! The ONLY bad experience I had was when she was on vacation, so I must be spoiled with her! Even after I already BOUGHT my dress, I went back to re-try it on, and she was SO helpful (not just trying to make a sale). Then she came out with the PERFECT tiara and veil that she just got in, and it absolutely completed the look! Go with Doreen! She's so nice and helpful!
