Also....Macy's has a deal with your registry....you get money back on a gift card at the end. Every time someone buys something off your registry and every time you use your macys card from now until the wedding....you get money back after the wedding.

I have a registry at both. I feel like BBB has more of a selection of household items, but I liked Macys for my good china. At BBB you can return registry items for CASH!

MACY'S IS THE DEVIL FOR RETURNS!!!!!!!!!! Their site says you have ONE YEAR to return things but this is 100% not true. You get back store credit at the current selling price.
Do yourself a favor--don't register there unless its something you absolutely can't get elsewhere.

Macys has Martha Stewart stuff which is why I registered there...but bed bath and beyond has everythingggg!
BBB is cheaper than Macys too. My China goes on sale at Macys but that sale price is the EVERYDAY price at BBB.
But, you want to give people options....BBB had the coupons but so does Macy's and a lot of people have Macys credit cards.....so you never know where they'll want to shop. Someone above mentioned that girft card you'll receive from Macys after the wedding if people buy off your registry but you have to be a Macys cardholder yourself and align your credit card with your registry....if you dont have a Macys card then this does nothing for you!!

maybe this sounds silly but why would anyone have to return very much or any item of great value from their registry? my sister didn't return anything and she got everything she registered for.
