so get this. I registered for 10 fine china place settings. My mom bought me five but its showing that all 10 were purchased by her!! i call the main registry line and they cant fix it they tell me to call a store so I did--herald square and they couldnt fix it! lol what do i doo??? lol oh man!! do I just add another five so that way it shows I still want 5 place settings? lol

wtffff there must be a number to call--- I once owed them like $80 (although this may have been a different dept) and they had no trouble talking with me anytime I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Macy's registry too....what I would try doing is removing the china from your registry completely. Then...add it again (request 10 pieces), and it will let you state how many have been purchased...just move that to 5 :)

update: i just got home from school and macys left me a vcml saying they updated my registry but couldnt figure out why that happened! haha.

Ahhh omg!!! for me---- i had registered for 12 place settings and according to my 'thank you manager' someone bout 8 place settings (2 separate purchases of 4 settings each) and the actual registry only displays 4 settings as being purchased... and this has been for MONTHS!
Macys needs to bring their A-game.

My registry is crazy too. I got some duplicate gifts, which I don't see why anyone would do that on purpose..and I had 2 things come off the registry which I did not receive.
