Macys Registry problems (online)

FH and I set up a Macys registry online this weekend and I am having nothing but problems adding things. There are some odds and ends from my cookware only makes has and there is no button for 'add to registry'. Whenever I try to add our luggage it says 'unable to add at this time, please try again later.' I emailed customer service but they were no help, they just said call and have them add it. Am I supposed to sit on the phone for 20 minutes having them add items?
The only reason I am registering there is because BBB doesn't have everything I want, so I am supplementing with Macys. But it is kind of frustrating that I can't add anything.

Yeah I have Macys too, and have gotten those problems as well. If I get an error, I just come back and do it another time and its fine. However, recently in the last few weeks it has been worse than usual. On the 'add to registry' button not being there, its tricky, sometimes their stuff in the wedding guide list isn't available to be put on a registry so there is no 'add to registry' button. This makes me very frustrated because I find something I really like and I can't add it - so why do they even list it there!!! My mom wants me to do BBB as well, cause I heard the dishes I picked are going to be discontinued soon. Good luck! At least you know somebody else feels your pain.

I did my whole registry online at Macys and had no issues. I did call customer service one day to ask a question about an item I wasn't able to add and they said you can either go to the store to add things or call them up and give them the upc code or name of the item and they can add it. So far it's been ok. Keep trying it should work
