I am having the same issue with my FILs.. FFIL is disabled (badly), but I understand.. I asked my FMIL to go with me to start shopping for her and FFIL agrees.. Then when the time came, he just said 'I can't go today, I don't feel well' after me and FH took the day off to take her... I kept quite though... Only because I know that he had some bad days that he can't even get out of bed... My situation is different than yours, but I do feel your pain... If I were you, I wouldn't say anything... Its just another issue you really don't need (or want) before your wedding.. I would keep that between you, FH and FMIL like I did... If you want to mention it, I would ask FH to say something, but keep it nice so no issues start.. I personally (obviously) don't know your FILs but mine would have raised HELL over it so I kept my big mouth shut
