We ordered our HM luggage on Amazon and it was shipped last week (I think directly from American Tourister, actually). On Friday we got the first of 2 packages, and the second wasn't delivered. But we checked online and it said that it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Then nothing came yesterday. FH checked online again and now it was supposed to be delivered today, but it still showed it as being in Maspeth NY where it has been for 5 days now. So FH called UPS, and they are considering it a lost package. That is hundreds of dollars worth of luggage! Now we have to file a complaint with Amazon. This is so aggrevating.

That really stinks !!!!!!!!! I worked at fedex for 12 years and believe me... I know how easy it is to lose things !!!!!!! Good Luck !

Call Amazon right away and tell them you think UPS lost it. UPS lost a package of stuff I ordered from Amazon during christmas. Amazon was so easy to deal with and they gave me my money back without question...

omg ... IMO i dont think its amazon .. its UPS they are HORRIBLE ... and nothing but trouble especially the maspeth one!! Thats where all the packages go to (when i order) and they are lost all the time there ... they really dont care.. once i was on the phone with them all day and finally they delivered it the next day at 8pm!!! They are horrible in that place

ups has been having major delays lately... are they positive its 'lost' ? ive gotten a few sent sent through ups and all have had rescheduled delivery dates

Everyone should be careful because around this time of year close to christmas things 'fall off the truck' if you know what i mean....Im pretty sure it fell off the truck.

similar thing happened to my sister when she ordered her textbooks for school... the 'lost' 2 really expensive books she ordered.... amazon refunded her the money and UPS still cant find the books!!!

Thats crazy. thats why when i order expensive stuff although i have the cash, i will use my credit card, so that if i have to dispute a 'lost' purchase it will be taken care of faster and ill get my money back faster. I just pay the card after the purchase.
