For me I asked for these things: raw video footage, all negatives, dvds instead of vhs, extra thank yous. They gave me it all - no charge!

Just a tip: Duet is family run and the owner Eric, is Korean....don't be taken aback by Eric's accent...he fully understands everything you say and you can understand him, it just takes a little more patience. His photographers are from here, so they speak perfect english. Don't let the language fool ya, these people know their stuff!
