As some of you know I ordered my aisle runner from Erin a while back and since then it has been impossible t get a hold of her. I know she had a family thing but I went 2 months w/o a response to any of my emails. This is even after I put the deposit down. I finally got an email from her sort of apologizing but nothing definite. I just cancelled my order w/ her. I can't worry about vendors not getting back to me. Its taking the fun out of planning and totally stressing me out.
Not sure I made the right decision, especially since I didn;t find a new place to do the runner. Somedays I just feel like crying.

Try Lori - She made my aisle runner (sorry no pics yet). She is awesome at communicating - we exchanged many emails and then she even called me to make sure that she had all the details down. Plus she's pretty reasonably priced.

I love Lori and her designs... but her communication with me has been very spotty..... she did apologize because she has been swamped. I just e-mailed her today to find out if she will be able to have my aisle runner ready by my date.. but I've only gotten e-mails from her about once a week... maybe I caught her at a bad time.

I do remember that after she committed to doing my aisle runner, we did not correspond for a few weeks. She was working on other runners for brides that were getting married before me. But as soon as she was about to start on mine, we emailed all the time.
I guess not every vendor is perfect but I was very happy with Lori. And my aisle runner was magnificent! My favorite wedding item, hands down.
