I had ordered my aisle runner through erin some time ago. I have emailed her several times regarding length and specifics and she has yet to e-mail me back! This has been weeks! I even sent her a swatch of my girls' dresses so that she can match the color exact! She never responded that she received any of them! Has anyone had this trouble???

I did not use her because I read in a few posts that it was hard to get in contact with her.

I had the same problems - she took ages to get back to me and by the time she did we found someone else

I had the same problems - she took ages to get back to me and by the time she did we found someone else

I already paid! So this really pisses me off! I would have found someone else!

did you discuss a timeline before paying her?

From what I've read, she does take some time to email back, but her product is amazing and worth it! Good Luck!

Yes she told me she would start working on it the second week of October and I e-mailed her with specifics prior to that to ensure she does what I am expecting! I just wanted to make she she got all of my info before she started it! I hope it is worth the frustration I am having now!!

She took forever to repond to me too. Then she sent me a pic of the runner and i sent her the payment and then it took FOREVER to get it. I emailed her a couple times saying I never received it and then it came. Very annoying, but in came well in advance of when I needed it and it looked great so I can't complain that much!!
