Hey all, I just ordered my bridal gown (YEAH!!!) by Maggie Sottero and was curious if there are any other gals out there who have and want to share. Let me know your opinions or suggestions... Is what they say true? Does it come in 6 months minimum?

Re: Maggie Sottero
I had the Miami, I love Maggie dresses!
Yes it does take sometime for the dresses to come in, mine took like a year because I ordered it in January of 2002 and I was getting married in July of 2003.
Which Maggie did you get?

Re: Maggie Sottero
I ordered the Mariella, kinda simple, not what I'd normally go for, but when my sis saw it on me (she's my toughest critic EVER) her jaw dropped and so did mine. I'm a bit nervous since my date is 8/28/04 for crying out loud, but I was told not to worry...should I be worried???

No dont be worried at all! When the send your dress to Maggie Sottero, they complete the dress on a date basis, being your getting married in August I'm absolutely postive your dress will be in with enough time
ETS, I just saw your dress, its gorgeous!

THanks! I am defintely excited about it, but do you think the Mariella is too casual, like 'an expensive nightgown' ??? (as someone I know called it)

I don't think so. I guess it depends on how lavish your wedding is. That dress was one of my top 3 and I'm having a very small, outdoor ceremony. What will your wedding be like?

It's going to be small (about 110 people) and outdoors too, not too much room for rain unfortunately. But, I thought the dress fit the mood perfectly

wow thats rude! No I think the gown is gorgeous! And if that is the gown that made you feel like you did when you tried it on, then thats the one, dont let anyone sway you from your decision
