maggie sottero 'rebecca'??

Hi ladies was hoping someone could help!. I am ordering this dress and i noticed when i tried it on that it was very hard to lift my arms with the cap sleeves on. I was hoping someone else here had this dres for their wedding and can tell me how it was on them! thanks alot!!

i had cap sleeve wedding dress too and yes it was a bit hard to lift my arms, but i really didnt' have to lift them for anything, it also depends how and where you put the cap sleeves on your shoulder, i put them up a little higher so i could move better, and then i had velcro underneath so they wouldnt' slip down.

I wore Maggie Felicity which had cap sleeves & they were attached w/ velcro but in my case tended to pop off (so I had to reinforce one side w/ a safety pin) which kept opening & was URRRR. I ended up taking off my sleeves entirely after our first dance.

My gown is Maggie Sottero ... but is a two piece. My sister had a one piece and it was heavy.

i tried on a few dresses with cap sleeves, and that was my concern for all of them. i ended up with a strapless maggie.

I've heard that they can attach a little piece of elastic to the bottom of the cap sleeve (the part that you attach to the inside of your dress) so that you can lift your arms easily, etc but it won't show.

HTH!

oooh ill look into that! I was told the can put little hooks or something inside so i can remove them. I ll keep the caps on for church and pics and then go strapless for the RH. Thanks for the input ladies!!
