Maggie Sottero Swatches - UPDATE
Have any of your Maggie Brides tried to get swatches for your dress?
I ordered my dress from RK and i keep asking for a swacth and they tell me they have requested it from Maggie but that they never get the bridal dress swatches from them??
So I contacted Maggie Sottero directly and gave them a piece of my mind-- that was 10 days ago and they sent me an email the day after saying tthey mailed one swatch the next day-- RK says they still dont have it and that Maggie tells the brides that they send the swatches but that they never really do..
WHAT?
Has anyone had this problem or have any thoughts on what I could do
ETA UPDATE:
I emailed the woman from Maggie who told me the swatch was mailed.. she assured me that the swatch was mailed last fri and that she spoke to RK and as soon as they got it they would send it to my home-- I can give Maggie this much-- their responses are very quick-- now lets see if i actually get the swatch anytime this millenium!
