Maid of honor toast at wedding

I would like to know how many of you are having your maid of honor do a toast as well as the best man and if so is it at a seperate time as the best mans toast? I would really like my sister in law to make a toast at my wedding.

I would love it if my MOH made a toast but she too is nervous in front of people. I could ask my sister but she is even worse! Pretty please sirev???
