Maid of Honor's best friend and roommate

Maid of Honor's best friend and roommate

Ok, so I'm having an invitation dilemma..

my Maid of Honor's roommate and other best friend *****...she is just not that cool, she brings nothing to the table, and I have never understood why my MOH likes her so much.

I don't really want to invite her to the wedding, but my MOH made a good point - I invited her to the engagement party, so that pretty much means I have to invite her to the wedding, right? That IS the etiquette, right?

Even though I don't want to invite her, I think it may be one of those things where it just might make my life easier in the future if I have her there. After all, if I don't invite her, then things may become very weird between my MOH and I.

Anyone have a similar experience? What did / what would you do?

Honestly you invited her to the engagement party so she should be invited to the wedding. But I wouldn't worry about that right now...you wedding is in a year maybe your MOH won't even be living w/ her or other circumstances might come up & this might not even be an issue. Good luck

IMO…since you're not getting married for another year, you can wait and see how things unfold between you 2. Typically anyone who is invited to the e-party should be invited to the wedding. But if you drift apart with someone, I don’t see why you “have” to invite them.

Play it by ear.

I think if she attended your engagement party and nothing has changed in your relationship with her since then (like no major fights or anything), then she should be invited to your wedding...I think I would be a little insulted if I was invited to a friendd e-party but not the wedding....
