I can't believe that NOONE has info on this!!

Here is my experience. For my wedding I was having a lot of people come from out of town...we had a cocktail party at my house the night before the wedding and we were all also getting ready there the next day. Needless to say that with all the last minute preparations I had no time to clean so I decided to hire a service. Ok that said, I called Merry Maids because of their reputation and they couldnt' do it on the day I needed them too (Friday). So, I found another company called Clean Queen, Inc. They said that they would come on Friday morning at 8:15am and it would take approx. 2 hrs to clean my house (I wanted only 2 of the 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, LR, Den and Mud Room), I wanted mop, vaccuum, dust and bathrooms (2 1/2) cleaned. They said it would cost me $150 to do it.

WELL, they showed up around 8:30am...2 women. As time started to tick by I realized that there was NO WAY they would complete this by 10:30am....So I asked the woman in charge and she said it may take an extra hour to do because she wanted to be thorough..I said OK, how much is that and she said $85 an hour. So I'm like WOW, that's a lot, BUT OK since I really didn't have any other choice because my house was torn apart.

Let me just say 1 thing. I am anally clean. My house always looks great except I know that things need to be cleaned ...I don't have a 'messy' house. So I thought this would be an easy clean.

Anyway...they don't finish until 12:30!!! And she charges me $320!!!! I was like WHAT??? She goes sorry, but I was being anal. I wanted to make your house shine. I replied 'You being anal has just cost me MORE THAN DOUBLE the original price and I missed my spray tan appointment becaue it took you 4 hours with 2 people in a very neat house!' She goes 'next time just tell me not to be so anal.'

F&*K Y*u Lady! I was pissed. Like I need to spend $320 2 days before my wedding.

SO moral of the story....DON'T USE CLEAN QUEEN!!!
