Go into Word, go to Tools, then letters and mailings, then Mail Merge Wizard.
Click on labels, then press next starting document. Make sure you have the correct label options, then press next select recipients, go to browse, find your excel doc, select the document, then mail merge recipients, hit select all, then hit Ok, then go to arrange your labels, go to Address block, and find the appropriate way you want them to look, then go to match fields and arrange your text there, then hit update all labels and preview your labels and then complete mail merge. You prob won't see all the labels until you print or see it from a preview. If you need any other help, let me know!!
HTH!

With mail merges, you can make bulk address labels, form letters, etc. Two source documents are used--the one with all the data such as names, addresses, etc., and the actual form letter with formatting. Through the merging process, a third document is created with all the blanks filled in.

oooh I'm glad I read this thread, thanks

Re: Mail Merge

if you click on help in Word, then search for mail merge, it walks you thru it - it's really user friendly these days - a few years ago mail merges were a nightmare...now they are much simpler...
