Mailing label question

FH and I have been living together for 2 years and we want to send our STD's. How should we write our names in the envelope? Both names + address or only my name? If both names, mine or his first?
I was thinking like this:

Pam Smith
John Smith
555 Smith Ave
NY 55555

What do you think?

I did just our address, no names.

If doing a name(s) I would do both and put his name first.

I just did our first names on ours.


This. I had a stamp made and I wanted to be able to use it on every thing I send out (from STDs to Thank Yous) so I just had it made with our first names and our address since we live together.

I just used our address with no names for the STD's and the wedding invites. Everyone knows we already live together (LOL).

I got labels printed with both of our first and last names on it and our address. I just used the same ones for my bridal shower thank yous.
