Majestic Gardens

Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had any info or feedback on Majestic Gardens? FH and I have an appointment tomorrow and the few reviews I can find are pretty positive. Annnnd the place looks beautiful! What are your opinions?? TIA =D

I did not like the food at all sorry

The place is cute though.

My friend got married there and really liked it (we didn't go)
It turned out to be more expensive than we thought and we heard bad things about the food so we opted not to go

I really liked the website and how the place looked in pictures. When I went there to see the venue we really were not impressed at all. I just didn't get the right vibe from the place, and felt they were overpriced. They came out with 3 sample menus. The third (upgraded menu) had significantly less options than East Wind and Watermill (2 of the other places we checked out) and they cost more than both of them! Just didn't seem to be worth the money.

FH & I looked at SO many halls and found MG to be the exact perfect place we were looking for!! Olympia is SUPER nice and SO accommodating - she definitely worked with us on the price and made us feel like we are getting a really good deal. We had a tasting before we signed and thought the food was great - they also have wedding expos every few months, I would def suggest you check one of those out - it's $5 to get in and they have a full out cocktail hour plus lots of entrees to try too! That would be the best way to decide how you feel about the food! I just love the whole atmosphere of the place - the gardens are beautiful and the room is elegant and they just hold one wedding at a time. Also, we saw the room set for the approx # of guests we are having (200) and the tables were not right on top of each other like so many other places we've been to, and the dance floor is big and right in the center of the room... I could go on and on, obv, bc it's the place I chose. Best of luck to you!

Thanks for the feedback girls <3 FH and I looked at MG on Sunday and we both loved it! Olympia is super sweet and was a pleasure to work with. annnnd they are having an expo tomorrow so we can taste the food before making a decision. We LOVE the dance floor and the whole atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful... makes me want to have the ceremony onsite in the evening

My sister got married there this summer.. the food was amazing!!! (especially the raw bar at the cocktail hour! They had chilled lobster tails!) the venue was beautiful an spacious, and we had a great time!

might want to check out the NW boards since a couple of the 2011 brides got married there and they would be able to better help you with opinions

A Saturday night was the plan, but MG doesn't have any Saturday nights available. So we were gonna go with the Friday night or change the date to a Saturday night in May. And look bigislandbride82 booked 4/28
