Majestic or maximus

I used Maximus in the Source mall for my brothers wedding in September and had a terrible experience. They were running late (which caused us to be late for pictures) and when I complained to the manager she had the nerve to say 'we are short girls today and we were going to call you this morning to cancel, so you are lucky we took you at all' I was in such shock that she had the nerve to tell me she was going to call me on my brothers wedding day to tell me she could not do the mother of the grooms hair and makeup. Even worse to say I was lucky they were going to help me? Aren't I the customer?
