Has anyone ever heard of or used Majestic Bridal Center for videography? I was wondering how they were. Also what is everying paying for their video? Does anyone think $1400 is too much? I`m looking for someone who does a good job, but is a little cheaper. Any suggestions?

Majestic has actually been around for over 20 years. They are very affordable and are a father and son run business...along with cousins. But 1400 is not alot for video these days. I'm sure you talk to them, they'll help you out.

I am not sure if you have read my threads before, but I am a big promoter of Majestic Video if you are talking about the store located on Meacham Avenue in Elmont. I got married on February 15th this year and I used Majestic Video for my invitations, videographer, photographer, favors, flowers, and limos. They were an absolute pleasure to work with (I worked primarily with Joe, but I also dealt with his wife, Cathy as well). They also gave the best prices out of all the vendors we researched and believe me we did a lot of research. Some people might be leary of them because they think they are too good to be true and you are getting several vendors all in one but they really are the best vendors to work with and deal with. Majestic has been around for a while because they have been used in my family for quite some time. My sister used them when she got married eight years ago, her sister-in-law used them, my brother used them when he got married in February 2002 and my husband and i used them when we got married this february.
We absolutely love our video and our photos. They truly made our day special and I'll say it again - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, especially for those people working on a budget.
For all those suspicious brides out there who may be reading this, I am not a vendor trying to promote my own company. I can honestly say that I am so impressed with these people that I recommend them to everyone. Next year, my husband and I have eight weddings to go to and for each of these couples we have recommended Majestic Bridal to them. Each of these individuals were at our wedding and saw the good quality of our pictures, video ect.. Some of these couples have decided to overpay by using a different vendor but a lot of them have said they were going to call majestic up since they were so impressed with our wedding and the price we paid for these vendors. (sorry so long- can you tell I really like these people)

Ginger, I'm in agreement with her. I don't believe you've done your homework well. They are not new to the business, they've been around for over 20 years. They actually started in Bayside, Queens and later mover to Elmont. Majestic Bridal are not the photojournalistic types, but they have wonderful photographers. The video area also is top notch and right up there with the studios that charge $2600. Go down take alook at their work.
