Oh my gosh! I don't want anyone to think that it's Smithtown Landing because it's not them! I was looking at them as an alternative. Rich couldn't possibly be nicer or more accommodating! Definitely the nicest person I have dealt with so far!
I'm not comfortable posting the name of the RH for the world to see, just in case. I will say that I've heard a lot of negative feedback about them from talking to fellow LIW'ers on here. That combined with my recent experience, FH and I decided that we're going to cancel and look elsewhere. I'm just not comfortable with the way I was treated. I have a bad feeling that it was just the beginning of a lot of misery.
