Make sure when picking fonts for addressing enelopes...invitations..etc. you look at each letter lower case and upper case...i received my envelopes addressed (ink jet) from where I got the invitations....and the z (lower case) looked like and x. We picked a font to best match the return address but there were so many to choose from we never looked at each letter. There were 18 envelopes that needed to be fixed...they were actually very good about it (Lion in the Sun) considereing i went crazy on them. They reprinted with envelopes they had in stock (we choose not to go back to Anna Griffin - invitation manufacturer for more envelopes)

Re: Make Sure......
I noticed that once before too...when I did the invitations for my friend's shower, the name of the restaurant was all messed up...had to pick a different font just for 2 letters of the name!

Re: Make Sure......
We had the same issue. The lower case f did not look right for RSVP cards, so we had to change the font on that one...

Re: Make Sure......
Great advice! I made sure that each letter of our name, especially initials looked good. Things you don't necessarily think about until it is often too late.

Re: Make Sure......
Thanks for the heads up. Did you choose the font or the company chose the one they felt closest to the font on the envelope? Reason being, if the fonts aren't accurate, how can you tell if the lettering is going to look funny?

Re: Make Sure......
For us, the font was accurate, we just never looked at each letter

Re: Make Sure......
I picked the font with them...we were just so focussed on trying to match it to the return....I should have realized..i just have too much going on in my head (if i had used all upper case it probably would not have mattered)
