make up done for e-pics?

did you gals get your make up professionally done for your e-pics?

my fh's friend is taking them for us in a few weeks. i'm thinking...is this necessary?

We're taking ours tomorrow and I'm gonna get it done at the Mac counter, its less expensive then most places.
I wasn't going to originally but then figured I'm only doing this once. But if your pretty good doing your own m/u usually, I dont think its necessary.

I did this-- it was great because you pay $50 in products and they do your makeup.

I had a makeup trial done with Andrea from Lola Loves Makeup for my e-pics and love the way they came out. I also used it as a sortof wedding day makeup trial.

oo that sounds like good idea. maybe ill head to the mall before....

I went to some new place so she did my makeup and straightened my hair for $50.

yeah I scheduled one of my make-up trials for the day of my epics ...

It was perfect, until my makeup person tried to cancel the morning of! lol

I reminded her that I had epics that day and she luckily she ended up doing my makeup anyways ...

I am doing the same. The girl who is doing my makeup for the wedding is doing my trial for the engagement shoot. I am a big believer in makeup application for all the major events because it helps even my skin tone, and I can't always get that look on my own.

I had mine done - I figured it was a good way to do a makeup trial as well.
