Make-up question?
Since I saw so many great posts on Jacquelne Nicole make-up I just got off the phone w/ her and booked her for my wedding!!! She seems so nice. She is even going to cover up my tattoo on my shoulder (tribal band doesn't go w/ my wedding dress!). Anyway, should I get my make-up or hair done first?TIA

Re: Make-up question?
dani are you getting airbrushed? i am with JN and heres what I am doing.Hair first, then makeup, THEN veil last. She can not airbrush with your veil on. It will get all over your veil.
Also, she is covering up two tattoos I have. Using dermablend, then another airbrush foundation on top of the dermablend.
The dermablend works miracles (lizlen told me to use it and thank god she did!)

Re: Make-up question?
Jenn-yes, i'm getting the air-brushed too---it sounds really cool and for the extra 25 dollars it seems worth it. Thanks for the hair/veil advice
Is anyone else in your BP using her too? And if they are, are you paying for them to get their make-up done?

Re: Make-up question?
Can either one of you tell me how much she is? If you don't mind. I hear so many good things about her on these threads. I think I might just book her on the phone, but I'm nervous without going for a trial. Does she get booked fast? I'm not till Oct. Thanks

Re: Make-up question?
For a complexion that will last you from ceremony to reception, lightly rinse your face with water, gently dry, lightly use concealer wherever needed, then apply an even, long-lasting foundation. Dust yourself with some translucent powder, and make sure to blend everything well along your jaw and hairline.I got this off the tips page of LIWeddings.

Re: Make-up question?
another make up tip from this site:To avoid making your eyes look small, try to avoid using heavy eyeliner and steer clear of fake eyelashes that would cast a shadow below your eyes. Accent the corner of your eyes with a soft brown, black, or dark blue eyelinder as an alternative.

Re: Make-up question?
and another:To make your eyes appear brighter and larger, curl your lashes before putting mascara on. This will give the top lashes some exra lift, and give your eyes an open feel
