Re: make-up trial

its hard to see the makeup because of the pics when you are looking straight ahead...the one with your eyes closed looks nice...can you make the pics bigger?

sorry - bigger pictures are in my album.

I think you look really pretty! It's applied nicely...I probably wouldn't choose those colors for myself, but if you're in to the more cool tones then I think it's great!

I was unsure about the colors too. She also did browns (which of course I didn't get a picture of). It's hard to tell in the pictures but my eyes are hazel not brown and they looked brown with the brown eyeshadow on. The second she put the cooler plums on, they turned green.

FH it when my eyes are green. I think I'm hesitating about it because I always pictured 'warmer' makeup.

I have hazel eyes too and at my friend's wedding, we wore lilac so I made sure to get the purple-y eyeshadow done ... and you're right ... my eyes POPPED!

Anyway, I think you look LOVELY ... totally go for it!

I looked at them closely in your album and I love the purplish pink shade for your pretty brown eyes.

My sister has brown eyes and for her wedding the makeup artist gave her a pale green shade, it looked beautiful.

I love any type of pink or purple/lavender with brown or hazel eyes

I really like the color...I have green eyes and have always been told purples work well. I have to say though, I think the eyelashes are a little too long...I don't think I personally would be comfortable with them that long. I'm sure they're fake, right? My makeup person used the little ones instead of one straight row and I thought it looked and felt a lot more natural.

Re: make-up trial

I already told her about the eyelashes and she said she'd use a different length that day.

Then I think it would look perfect! I hope I didnt sound mean the way I phrased it. I wore a whole row of eyelashes for my sister's wedding and I felt like a butterfly all day long.

Not mean at all - the second I looked in hte mirror last night I said she needed to make 'em shorter the day of the wedding. I thought they looked like I was a drag queen!

Don't worry about hurting my feelings - I wouldn't have posted 'em if I couldn't take the criticism. Thanks for the opinion.
