I have my engagement party on Saturday and am planning on getting a spray tan before leaving for LI on Friday evening. I have my first make-up trial scheduled for Saturday morning. Do you think the spray tan will negatively interfere with the trial? I plan on wearing a cute sundress to the party (which I may ask your opinions on later!), and would love a light glow the tan gives. Let me know what you think!
No I'm a makeup artist and do girls who have spray tanned or tanned before getting there makeup done. I do recommend doing it a day or two before your engagement party like today or tomorrow that way it has time to set and then fade to the shade you will be. Any good makeup artist should have plenty of shade of foundation to match whatever skintone and bronzers as well.
I would ask the person doing your trial just in case to see what she recommends..but I would do the spray tan a few days before so the color sets, just in case you don't happened to like the shade when it's first on your skin.
