I'm making my own...I'm buying the glass bowls from this site: www.usabride.com I couldn't get the site to work, so I attached the pick below and the cost is $15.00 per glass bowl.

I'm getting the pillar candle in the center for less than $1 at Wal-Mart.

And, I'm getting the flowers from a wholesaler online for under $35.00 for all the tables. My friend who was a florist recommended them and they have rave reviews. Their site is:

Altogether, it's about $18 per table.

My FMIL made ours. For 12 centerpieces and a dais centerpiece it cost her $300. It saved us A LOT of money! I'd scan a pic, but I'm at work. We used silk flowers, with a hurricane and candle. They came out beautiful!

Steph, I think those two that you made are beautiful! You should definitely do that for the wedding.

I'm trying to make my own feather centerpieces. I've seen some pics of similar ones on here and I'm still trying to pull all the pieces together. Don't think I'll save that much money, though--ostrich feathers are really expensive! Who knew?

Are you having a afternoon or evening wedding?

These are really beautiful.

Are you getting some flowers (bouquets) from a florist? Were they flexible with price/package?

Are you allowing guest to take home centerpieces?

Little Princess...I haven't set a date/place/time yet, but it will probably be in the late afternoon around 4pm. I probably won't use the same flowers as in the pic...I'm going for more tropical and vibrant colors...

Also, went to Wal-Mart's craft section yesterday and they had the raised glass bowls for $8, which makes the centerpiece around $12. Hope this helps....

I'm doing my own centerpieces... I bought 15 double walled glass bowls from Michael's for $7 each, and I'm stuffing the inside with garland and putting at the base silk leaves and inside the bowl, I bought candles in the shape and color of fall leaves... I bought a pack of 60 of them for $40 from ebay...
