Has anyone done this? Do you need an appointment or can you just ask the staff there?
I didnt even know they did this... do you mean the one in Roosevelt Field?
i haven't done one at sephora, but i did one at clinique. i made an appointment, but at the same time, i have had people from prescriptives and other counters just offer to do my makeup when the store was slow.
I live and work in the city. There are always people getting makeovers by the staff at the one in Times Square. I have my engagement photos next Tuesday and I wanted to get my make up done for that. I didn't want to walk around Macys hoping someone would ask me to do a makeover.
