Makes me feel happy about our house!

Yes, our house needed a lot of cosmetic work... but look at this house

SAME HOUSE in same neighborhood selling for almost $60K more than we paid. And this house is on a busy road near the power lines. The backyard picture shows the power lines. And this house has no garage, but they have a pool. Our house has an apartment where they have the 4th bedroom.
Sometimes while doing all this work I become discouraged, but seeing houses like this reminds me it is all worth it. Our house is going to be brand new and it will cost us in the end a lot less than they are asking

I know exactly what you mean Julie,

We paid soooooooo much less than our house goes for.

Everything in our house will be brand new also and I can't wait to see the turn out.

Julie - don't worry at all - you and Ray are so young - you will make so much money on your house when you sell it - and in addition you will have many wonderful years of living there, making wonderful memories - so all your hard work is worth it.

Julie- Believe me, your investement was well worth it. Just think after all the work you put into your house- you will definately increase your house vlaue a lot more too! We just had our house reassessed after being here for 2 years and the value went up over $200K! We about doubled what we bought our house at.

Congrats!

ETA: I pass the houes that you posted daily and I can't believe they have the nerve to ask that! I guess it's what houses are going for these days.
