Makeup allergy solved, thanks to Beautiful You!

Well, I posted to VHB about the reaction my eyes had to the MAC makeup I was using. I got an awesome FM from Jennifer of Beautiful You with LOTS of information, and she helped me figure out what it was!

Believe it or not, certain eye makeup that uses pigments of either purples or reds can cause this reaction. BINGO! I was using purples!!

Though I already have a makeup artist, I want to send a vendor rave out there for Jennifer at Beautiful You! She was a tremendous help!!!

So just incase anyone out there has had the same problem, now you know- you might have to stay away from reds and purples!!

Great to know!! I use purples sometimes because I have green eyes.....I also use MAC mackeup. I'll have to keep on eye on that (not punn intended).....

But what if you like the purple colors.......do you just have to stear away from them forever? That ***** if you liked it........but good news that you found out what was going on

Well it was interesting...I was wearing those purples for at least a few months before the allergy even started- allergies are just strange. I think personally I'll steer away from anything with a purple or red pigment in it.

We all react differently to different things...and in my case it really came as a surprise! Oh well I can live without purples!
