Makeup and tipping?

I have a girl coming to my house the day of the wedding at 5am. I booked her through Maximus so they get 50% ($75) of the fee and she gets 125. She is doing the make up of 8 other girls (she charges 50 and Maximus gets 25). I know I am crazy with giving Maximus additional money for her work but she was really good.

Do I tip her? If so what do I tip her and what should the girls give as a tip?

Can't you just tip her directly and not through Maximus?

maximus actually charged my credit card 275 for booking her., it was like their nonrefundable deposit. It's not a tip, it's like their 'finders fee' pretty good gig they have right?
