I am getting my makeup done....but only me. Not my bridal party, not any parents, grandparents, JUST ME. I got a quote for $375 which includes trial. Is this rediculous??????? I think this might be a rediculous fee. What do you think?

the trial is 90 and the day of 160 for my m/u. that does seem like alot to me

Yeah, I think mine is like $150 with airbrush and the trial wasnt much. I think that is a lot of money for make-up....keep looking.

That's worse than my price quote for hair!
At least my hairdresser is 1) notoriously pricey to start, 2) would have to drive over an hourat dawn to get to me.
I dunno about that one....

that price is ridiculous....these vendors make me sick with the way they are constantly trying to rip us off....i know there is mooney to be made by some of these vendors take full advantage of the fact that weddings are a dream for us ladies

that price is disgusting and you should biitch slap who ever gave it to you!
airbrush make-up, coming to me EARLY in the morning, $150, trial was $55 (airbrush also) and additional BMs are $65 for regular and $90 for airbrush.

yes....she is coming to me. She actually does a really great job and was recommended by 2 friends. I went for 2 trials already, and came out looking like a clown I don't wear that much makeup as it is.....all I ever do is curl my eyelashes and some blush and lip gloss. When I went to other makeup artists I specifically told them nothing garish......I just want ME....but a little better. I came out looking like I had plastic surgery. For one, FH picked me up afterwards and looked at me like I had a p*nis growing out of my forehead. (and this is coming from someone who doesn't notice anything!) When I came back from this lady I looked and felt like a million dollars. BuT you guygs are right....that is a REDICULOUS FEE. i'll keep looking.
