Makeup prices
I went to a salon today for something completely different and basically met a makeup artist who is willing to do my makeup for the day of the wedding. She will need to take a taxi to Long Island (about a 25 mintue drive) and come very early in the morning (about 6 am). Basically her fees are $200 for bride's makeup, $100 for BMs, plus round trip taxi fare (reasonable) plus tip. This seems to be a lot of $ but she does come highly recommended. I did a search and got some information about makeup prices, but not a lot. Is this too high? What did you and your BMs pay for makeup for day of the wedding? Will it cost more if the makeup artist needs to come to my hotel at the crack of dawn? Please feel free to FM mail if you're uncomfortable posting how much $ you spent on makeup. Thanks!
