Makeup trial pics *eta:pics of browns!

So after much thought I decided not to do my own makeup the day of my wedding. I'm just going to be too nervous and won't be able to do it. So my friend who is a MAC makeup artist came over today and did a trial for me. We just did my eyes, some blush and a highlighter. When I go to my part-time job on Friday we are going to look at lip colors.

I'd love everyone's opinions. Keep in mind I wear eye makeup at least 4 times a week so everyone is used to seeing my eyes done up. (I have other makeup pics in my album from when I've done it myself)makeup done by me

Okay....here are some pics of browns on my eyes. there were some suggestions for browns. I just think it makes me look washed out because I have brown eyes. What do you ladies think?

I like it, but I guess it's hard b/c you can't see the whole picture! But, I have brown eyes too and always use purples when I try to play them up, so I love that! Definitely different mascara would be better, but you already said that!

Thank you Kristina! In that pic I was going to FH's friends wedding so I also had gloss and lipstick on so it's a complete look.

honestly, it looks good but i would do less of a purple and maybe go in the gold family.... you have a great tan and beautiful big eyes, I think for the wedding gold would look great. JMO.

I agree, go with less purple. I read somewhere that more 'natural' colors show up better in photos, so I think a nice light gold would look good too! Just someone to give you a little sparkle and makes your eyes really stand out, but without really being obvious that you are wearing makeup!

I'm glad you decided to have someone do your makeup, I almost did my own hair...
LAST minute i decided to book hair and sooo glad i did. I was very calm, but did get a little anxious when hair and makeup started. So it all worked out in the end.

Honestly I like your own makeup instead. the colors you chose bring out your skin and eyes much better.
I don't know if it's the eye color or the tan, but something looks off. I'm sure you'll find the right combo, since you seem to know alot about makeup. enjoy the trials

to be honest, i think that you did a better job when you did you own makeup...you are too naturally pretty for all that purple, sorry dont be mad!!!!! JMO

I think both are nice , but i like the make up you did yourself, much more flattering , your so pretty the makeup u did yourself shows your prettiness ( if that makes sense)

Okay although I think you should have someone else do your makeup the day of for many reasons I do think I like the way you do it better. Maybe she can copy one of the pics you did.
Either way you look gorgeous and I am a big fan of dramatic vs. the natural wedding look so I love it

Hey Anna, Looks good but I would go with Gold tones/ or browns., the color (imo) is too bright against your tanned skinn....

To be 100 percent honest, I'm not a huge fan of the purple - I'm sorry I really like how you did it yourself the first time. You're very talented!!!

I would maybe let her try again with the pink / blue you used in your first trial pic in your album. Either way, I'm sure you'll look gorgeous though, you seem like one of those people that will look perfect regardless

Hi - I liked the makeup u did by yourself - the one in your album really brings out your eyes AND your glows your face!!

Personally, i would go with less purple and more neutral tones.. but its your day and u should do wtever makes u happy!! good luck!!
