How much time are you allowing for each BM, you? Who goes first? What goes first? TIA

Depending on how you are having your hair done, you will go last, unless you need prep (rollers or something)
Makeup you will go last to.
Your hair and makeup needs to be the freshest.

ETA: If the hair is simple for the BM's prob about 30 min, and 45min for makeup. For you, 45min-60min for hair, and 60 min for makeup.
That might be a lot, but I don't exactly remember how long mine took.

true...bride usually goes last or near to...
I think they alot at least 45 mins for an up do per person
longer for MOB
