I’ve been collecting makeup and hair information recently, and thought I would share what I've collected. For some reason, a lot of these people don't seem to be too popular on LIW. Perhaps it's because the majority of the people listed here work out of Manhattan, although almost all will come to your location to do hair and makeup.
