Makeup/hair trial with Pedala Sisters vs Maria d'Leon ++++ pics ++++

I think your hair looks alot neater and fuller in the first trial and i like your makeup there too.

But both are pretty, i dont think you can go wrong either way.

ETA: i dont think the pics are photoshoped it is definitly her fabulous lighting in her room and her professional camera she uses. Thats why she has the reflector and light set up right on top of your face. Besides that woman is way too busy to be photoshopping peoples m/u trial pictures.

I agree, the hair looks so much neater in the Pedala trial. Claudia worked so hard on it, making it perfect. You used them for your wedding right? Which was one of the reasons I decided to go for it!!

But for the d'Leon's they would spend about 2 hours doing it the day of the wedding and all flyaways would be trimmed/smoothed etc. That d'Leon style was done so quickly!

Of course Maureen is busy, she's amazing, but my forehead wrinkles and undereye circles are certainly gone! In any case, it's beautiful work.

Yea i used them for my wedding and Claudia is so amazing, thats what i honestly loved about her she worked on my hair until i was happy with it and until it was perfect.

I think your D'Leon trial is beautiful too and i have seen their other work and its certainly flawless, thats why i said no matter what you are certainly in good hands!

About taking pictures just remember this: the more into the light you face, the more flawless your skin is.

Considering they are both so similar, I would go with the more comfortable one, or if money is a factor, the more affordable one! You look beautiful with either!

i like the pedala sisters trial better although they look pretty similair - you are VERY beautiful!

its funny that you realized the photos were photoshopped b/c i noticed that a lot of their trials posted on here looked a little fake/doll like....not in a bad way at all - i guess its b/c of the photo-shopping!

I agree -- very doll like! I'm sure they do beautiful work but I noticed that too! The day-of pictures always look beautiful with the Pedala sisters though, so I don't think they need to photoshop anything.

Oh wow, I could never put my finger on what it was about them looking so so similar, but your right, doll-like, it makes so much sense now why they all look the same. Its that 'special' lighting she uses when she takes your pic.

They are both beautiful - but I can attest that Maria is a true perfectionist. I used her for my November wedding and I LOVED my hair. The trial is so quick - it's really just to get an idea of what you want. On the day of she will not leave until your hair is perfect!!!

True but for $300 for a trial it should have been perfect IMHO. Plus she really is outrageously expensive. I just don't know if I can justify it. Did she do your makeup too????
