I need to know of places to get my hair and makeup done. If possible by the same person but, thats isnt a big issue. I want to start booking trails for June so I can see how everything holds up in the summer and I know they'll more or less be very busy with weddings so I am starting to look now. So please let me know who you used or are using. TIA

I looked on the web site and the prices are from 2004. Is she reasonable?

A lot of other brides have used Mia and she does both hair and makeup.

I used DeRosa's in Franklin Square, they were great! Maryanne for hair Adem for make up both lasted all day
Touch of Class in New Hyde Park Elena did my hair and makeup for my brother's wedding.

Is there anyone that would come to you for around 100 and charge less for my daughter? Most that I seen were $150 and they want the same amount for my daughter who will be 10. I can't pay $300 just for our hair. With makeup, for me and my daughter, will cost around $500 if I were to have someone come to me. That is insane. It is def better than going somewhere to get it done but not affordable.

I used Mia and she was great! She will come to you the day of the wedding and she really knows what she is doing. Her prices aren't that bad for airbrush and it is soooo worth it. I'm gonna try and use her again for my soon to be sister in law's wedding for my hair and make-up.
