making banana bread with FH/cooking classes

So last night FH and I made banana bread and he was soo cute mashing up the banana's for me and playing with the mixer pieces. It was a lot of fun and it came out sooo good! I think that men are soo adorable when they help out with baking.

Anyway, I think FH and I would like to take a couple couples cooking classes. Has anyone done this? Know of good suggestions?

Thanks

FH and I have taken a few classes at the Institute of Culinary Ed in the City. They are a load of fun. We recently took a class called 'Steak & Cake.' And, as you can imagine, it was fabulous!

Here a link to the school's website:

Theres also a place in Lynbrook called 'Al A Carte' they do cooking classes and you can even have a party there. We had a friends 40th Birthday there and everyone cooked. It was great.

That is so funny. FH and I made banana bread yesterday morning! In our kitchen though, not in a class. We are thinking of taking a cooking class together too. It will probably have to wait until after the wedding.
