MAKING OUR MINIMUM

HI ALL ME AND FH JUST FINALIZED OUR LIST WITH OUR PARENTS LAST NIGHT AND I AM WORRYING WE ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE OUR MINIMUM IF OUR MIN IS 150 HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD WE INVITE?? SO FAR OUR TOTAL COMES TO AROUND 180

I've heard that, on average, 20-30% of people are no's. But I guess that really depends on the people you're inviting...

My minimum is 150 so I will be inviting 175.

I think you are going to be fine with 180. My brother's wedding was a few people shy of their minimum, due to a death in the family, but Flower Fields let them include the DJ and Photo Crews in the head count and not pay extra for them. I know other places will let you substitute an upgrade too. It'll work out fine for you!

Usually abotu 15% to 20% do not come so i suggest a Blist!

20% usually doesn't make it so I suggest bumping up the invite list a bit or talking to your RH about possibly lowering the minimum.

I think 180 should be enough b/c that would mean 30 people arent going to come, you should be fine

my minimum is 150 and we're inviting about 200 people because I have a few famil memebrs out of state and I'm not 100% sure if they're going to be able to make it.
