making snapper tonight - any suggestions?

I have a couple of snapper filets, and I haven't decided how to cook them yet. Anyone have a great recipe?

MY favorite is great style- olive oil, garlic and TONS of lemon and oregano.

thanks for the inspiration - I went with a lemon/butter/wine/garlic combo w/capers - yummy!
