Mangia e Bevi? Other bachelorette party restaurants?

I keep seeing that a lot of girls are going here for their bachelorette parties - what is it like? Is there any reason it's so popular for a bachelorette party? Just wanted to make sure there aren't any strippers or anything there before I add it to my list of possibilities.

Any other recommendations for dinner in the city or in Nassau? (Except for Lucky Chang's - we were just there for my friends party. )

It's okay, they sing. My FH's friends LOVE this place. I think it's okay.

My favorite Italian restaurant in the city is Gradisca, they have a back room, it's amazing. 13th between 6th and 7th.

I've been to Mangie 2 times before and Im going there sat. for mine. They play music and you can stand on the chairs and dance, and they give you tambarines The food is good too!

I've been there a few times, not much of a fan of it. Yea they play music, you can stand up and dance on your chair but I wasn't impressed at all...not my cup of tea I guess, I wasn't crazy about the food either.

For dinner in the city we're going to Planet Thailand 212, they have a website I thin it's pt212.com it's like hibachi asian fusion -- It's actually 2 blocks from Club Duvet where they have Hunkmania -- we're going saturday for my bach party if you want I can FM you a mini review.

I loved Mangia y Bevi!

Its fun and i thought the food and drinks were great and reasonable. Ive seen for b-parties one of the waiters gave her a mini lap dance and gave her a bj shot out of his apron. There were two there that night and only one girl did the strip show and the other did not. It wasnt that raunchy or anything I mean there were kids in the restaurant at the time.

I went there for two bach. parties and we had such an awesome time. It's a good place to eat if you're looking to have a good, loud time rather than sitting around a quiet restaurant. I think it's the perfect atmosphere for a bunch of ladies getting ready to party/dance the night away!
